The Boot Camp classes are based around High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which has been scientifically proven to burn fat and build muscle faster than any other training system.
TRX classes are metabolic resistance training, so participants build strength and improve conditioning through intervals. These intervals are usually 2-4 consecutive movements followed by a brief rest period. Recent, convincing studies show that this mode of training can elevate resting metabolic rates for up to 72 hours!
